Guided by a desire to create spaces where all people feel safe and seen, Laurence Jackson launched Olive & Eliot as a "people first" design firm. As a queer Black creative, Laurence knows firsthand the value in cultivating environments where people can be their full, authentic, unapologetic selves. Laurence believes that our homes should reflect who we are and provide us with a place of sanctuary. Named in honor of his parents, Laurence founded Olive & Eliot with a commitment to helping people realize their dreams and design aspirations.
